WHAT I DO
I sing traditional and contemporary British folk songs. I am an experienced performer, having sung at many folk clubs and festivals in this country and France. I play Bartram and Lowden guitars.
I have a solo CD, Time and Tide, that was well received on release.
I CAN OFFER
Club and festival slots - With a repertoire of around 100 songs I can do 30-minute concert spots or full club sets
Powerpoint lectures
• The life and conditions of sailors in Nelson’s Navy, illustrated with contemporary folk songs.
• 60-minute show called "A Sailor's Life" featuring contemporary British songs illustrating the lives and conditions on board for 19th century sailors with accompanying "fascinating facts"
